Right on, Earl:
There is no electrical conduit at all on the 280, there are no electric lights in the 280 either. There are lights in 284, along with lamps. There was conduit and lights on 306 and 320 also.
280's second line was definitely there, and we know the car was definitely used in the consist of the San Juan in Gold paint.
Thanks for the insight on the 280's signal line as a moonlight job. I hope the restoration will leave it in place. Makes 280 more "unique".
