Taylor, the head on picture is great. I found a book just on marion shovels and it shows a model 30, which is quite different from the typical HO gauge models you see; the main difference is whether the boom swivels or the entire cab. So a side view of the shovel is still needed.
As per the turtle back cars, I did find an acceptable set of trucks and stacked the boxes neatly above the work bench. Looking at the acf specs, I'm unsure if the brake components are correct. I've been distracted laying my first rails and hand made turnout the other day and then staring at the blue print of sumpter.
