Quick Correction, Kevin
The Seabees constructed down to Hall Tunnel. The rest was done by the GLR's own people.
I don't know who put in the rail from the west abutment to the "Morrison Interpretive Center". I do know and can point out who did what and where, and it wasn't 100% the SeaBees. The State has to thank the GLR for much of the actual track.
Also, the GLR purchased and cut down all of the ties used under the rail donated by the UP. I remember Dave Woodring out there for hours lifting and cutting tie after tie after tie.
