Re: Richard Lind's publication

How many of the readers remember getting ripped off by Richard Lind on sending in a pre-publication order for his second (or third) book after "Narrow Gauge Country"? I lost $12 as they said he excaped to Mexico and I would never see the book. I'm not sure if Bob Richardson ever said he got paid for the use of all his photos in the large size publication. They are still the largest images I have seen of Bob's photos other than the mural in the under-track walkway of Denver Union Station, where Bob was never credited for taking the photos that was copied.
Over the years, it cost me more that $12, as I never paid pre-publication for a book since then. It stole my trust in someone even Bob trusted to use his photos.
