Jay is referring to a plan to build a trade school teaching steam locomotive repair. It is brought up at election time to much fanfare. I suspect that it's likelyhood of being built is about as good as our dream roundhouse and turntable. I would be happy with either one, but for now, I am thrilled with the REAL headway that has happened in the last 9 months.
We are off to a good start in recovery, as we are not worrying about the railroad running next year as we were a year ago.
