Of the 64 miles of trackage on the C&TS, how much of it has been reballasted, brought up to standard so to speak?
Is the plan to reballast the entire line and replace all substandard ties?
Any idea on when this goal is to be achieved, if that is the goal?
How much "faster" will the trains be able to operate and how much time will this trim off the current runs?
