To my current knowledge, #74 is only to be restored cosmetically. From what I know from working at the Loop this last season and hearing discussion about motive power, #74's chassis is very heavily damaged, and to repair it would be very costly. While the boiler itself is in decent condition, the firebox needs to be completely replaced, which is more costly and time consuming work. Time and energy have now been redirected to #111 so that it may opperate up at the Loop next season.
