Yes, I'd think you'd sell some, for sure. What I'd urge is that you initially don't commit a whole lot of time or money to it until you're sure it's going to work.
Both look nice and are equally good possibilities for use as examples of your craft. I'd shoot some more so you can do a "board" of some sort to display on location.
I'd also keep your prices REASONABLE. You're going to have people here who want to take a photo to give to their grandparents or the like, but they won't want to spend $100 in order to do it. You know what I'm sayin, most are going to be thinking in the sort of "general gift shop" level expenditure. Of course, some others will want special treatment, and for those you charge accordingly.
I think it's a good idea.
I also like that side shot, even with that old thing blocking the engine! HA
Interesting headlight there. I'd enjoy knowing that engine's history.
