Keith:
I am glad to hear that your planning process for the C&TS is moving forward. Perhaps you can enlighten us on the masterplan process. It is my understanding that the Denver architechtural firm UDS was contracted in November of '03 to do a masterplan for the C&TS. This included monies as best I can tell from: CHS grant $180,000, EDA grant $60,000, Friends $70,000, and New Mexico $170,000. If my figures are correct that is almost a half million dollars for a masterplan, so I sure hope it is worth the wait. Can you give us an update or explain how what you are doing relates to what UDS was contracted to do? Thanks.
