You are right Casey, this is certainly possible since the rr had to be contemplating mating tenders up with 19 and 20 in order to sell them. There are other posibilities as well, such as earlier tender swaping between 19 and 20. By this I mean that 19 is presently running with 20's tender frame under a reconstructed tender tank with the oil bunker out of one or the other? When you look back at the minute details that Earl Emlaw kept in the the AFE documents and that he has misstated therein which tenders actually went to the White Pass, it is not inconcievable that 50's tender had already been swapped to 16 or 18 at some earlier point, making the potential of tender swaping on 19 and 20 more concievable. It is unfortunate when even an original authoritative source such as the AFE's is found to be in error as it opens the door to this kind of rampant speculation that anything is possible.
