To be successful in a political battle you have to be visible.
Southern Colorado in general and Conejos County in particular are invisible to most of the people in the state and to the legislature.
The time has come for the people of Conejos County to organize a motorcade to Denver for a media friendly sign-waving demonstration on the Capitol steps.
It will make the local (Denver) news and that publicity can help the Governor find the courage to do the right thing by the County and the Railroad.
