Follow the link to an explanation of the CHS organization. Then try to figure out from their annual report where all the money has gone for replacing the GTLRR. Good Luck. But just wait until they debut the #9 they will be the "hero's" who saved the day. What a farce. BTW not a resident, just an interested observer of how politics (and gambling money) can ruin what used to be a good organization.
