Nice work Owens. You may have just shot yourself in the foot, again. Perhaps if the railroad doesn't open on time, MAYBE he'll wake up and think, "oh, maybe I SHOULD ACTUALLY GIVE THEM SOME MONEY, hmmmmmmmmm......."
Let us not forget Gov. "Woody"'s statement back in the dry year of 2002 that, "All of Colorado is on fire". Oh yeah, that really helped the already strapped tourist industry that year. Congrats GOV, you just helped to undermine part of the tourist industry that you want to advertise. You can't advertise what isn't running...
