The big problem

1. "The ticket office told me the train left at 11am instead of 10am!"
2. The ticket clerk closed her window when her break started- with 5 people still in line!"
3. "We made reservations months ago for 80 school children. The ticket office lost half of our reservations, then wished us luck finding seats on the train for the other half!"
4. The ticket clerk was talking to her girlfriend on the phone and eating a snack while selling us our tickets."
5. "Getting through to make reservations was impossible".
6. "We chartered a specific caboose out of chama, only to find out when we arrived that the car we chartered was still in Antonito".
7. "We will never be back!"
Unfortunately, all of these comments were made to train crews the last three seasons I worked in Chama. I personally hear five of them. Are there any questions?
