Hi Earl,
I spoke with the fellow that's working on the coach under the wooden canopy just the other day. He has traced this coach to the Southern Pacific (built by Barney and Smith in 1888), and he thought the other old coach (former roadside cafe) was narrow gauge. This guy is a quite a character...but very friendly and willing to speak to anyone interested in his coach.
