I don't post messages very often, but having just posted one, thought I would post a second. On some of my older videotapes, I enjoy listening to such such venerable railroaders on the Cumbres & Toltec Narrow Guage as Earl Knoob and John Bush. Their work in restoring and operating locomotives and the OY rotary is so much part of the railroad history that it's hard not to believe that they aren't still there, working away every day.
What are folks like these up to today? Why did they leave? More significantly, it would be good to hear their perspectives on current operations and the future of the treasured narrow guage.
