There were no narrow-gauge 2-8-2s fitted with feedwater heaters. But I wouldn't be surprised to find out that some standard-gauge Ks got one.
Feedwater heaters were rare on older, smaller power because of economics. The cost to acquire, install and maintain a feedwater heater might not result in enough fuel savings to pay for itself in a reasonable time. But installing a few, as a controlled experiment to determine actual cost savings, is easy to believe.
