Very well said!
When I volunteered to do track work. It wasn't CHS that I did it for. It was GTL. Even back in the mid eighties, CHS was way behind on their promises for the Mine tours. Even the volunteers that gave the mine tours were upset that CHS didn't do what they promised in the project.
GTL did everything for the preservation of the loop, and not one thing comes to mind of anything CHS did.
