The Atlanta newspaper ran a follow-up paragraph on this sale. As we know, the final auction amount was $150,000... however, adding the buyer's premium on brings the actual price up to $168,750. The article also said that the new owner "wants to be referred to only as 'the ghost from the East Coast.'"
