Without checking my phtots, I will say that the road work west of Dulce was done in 1996. Part of the plan to get more people to the casino in Dulce (its now closed). Along with busting up the 492 rock they built a new brigde north of the D&RGW bridge, then closed the RR. brigde to autos.
