Nope, it was not us. We were there a week total, doing the Rotary run for 4 days, plus 2 days of our own Charters. This was all before May 10th and the Railroad was not even open entirely.
We were also in the middle of shooting our fourth America By Rail video, Route of the Southwest Chief and did a lot along the old SF mainline for that, plus some tourist outfits we were including. In addition to all that we spent about a week shooting the Tennessee Pass line before they mothballed it in the fall of 1997. So, it was a pretty productive 4 weeks on the road, but we were more than glad to get home.
