Not to worry, they can use dozers for the bad stuff around Cumbres and Windy Point if needed.
In the past they have also used the 19 for plow duty, and if thats not enough they can do some snow-bucking with a pilot-plow K36 perhaps.
This season is not all that snowy, when you compare it to the years they ran the Rotaries. When I was there in 93 and 97 I think there was 4-6 feet at Cumbres, around May first. Remember though, it melts pretty fast in May, and usually some in April if they don't get more snow. Given the water shortages and fire danger, I think its better to have plenty of snow.
However, don't look for a Rotary Train, as it cost them $10,000 per day back in 1993, so imagine that in todays dollars!!! Thats money they don't want to spend if at all possible.

PS Earl can tell you about snow-bucking trains and the fun he had at Windy Point with the big drift a few times!
