Ok. Wow! The 45 degrees to reduce oscillations makes sense and looks like it was put in practice.
Thanks! This solves a 7 year mystery on an assembly machine that never worked correctly after and burns up a set of bearings about every 2 months. I never would have thought of the cause on my own. Thanks again.
