You are correct Bret,
That shay is Ex-Mayo Lumber Co #3 from Vancouver Island and is owned by the B.C. Forest Museum. The museum also owns an operational 2 truck Climax, ex-Hillcrest Lumber #9 but its standard gauge and the museum's track is three foot, so it doesn't run much. The museum also owns a few other shays and climaxes but all standard gauge so I won't go into detail about them.
My home computer is in the shop right now Bret so it will take me a few days to put together a trip report on the Klondike Mines Railway but I'll get on that and post it soon.
