I always thought that the depot was almost identical on both sides. I guess I haven't looked at the track side of it for a long time, but I do know that there were origionally two windows instead of the one now. I'd also always thought the depot was white as I'd never seen an origional photo of it red. I guess it kind of makes sense though, why have all the stations but one the same color. The coaches were green with black roofs, and I have a picture of #26 flipped over on its side in 1927, and it is definately still green. I would expect that the rest of the cars would be green too. Usually railroads painted everything at once, so the cars were probably all changed at the same time. So I would say that from 1918, to at least 1927, the cars were green, and I would guess they were proabably painted pink about 1930, or so. I'd keep the cars green though, as they were that color through most of the decade you're modeling.
