Thank you for the additional info! The photo I took of the Prairie City Depot on the North side looks to me like there were two windows one above the other and NOT of identical sizes, also the moldings don't seem to look alike. Another picture that I got from the Oregon Historical Society Museum in Portland shows the P.C. Depot painted a dark color. There was no date on the photo, but there were only two tracks in front of the depot not three. If I knew when the third track was removed, I could at least say that it was dark (probably red) after that date.
If the new coaches were originally green (coach green with black roofs?), approximately when were they painted salmon? Perhaps they were painted salmon after they were rebuilt? The time period that I am modeling is from about 1920 to 1930, so when they were repainted is of some consequence to me.
