If we are talking purely theoretical, I thought that Jefferson to Fairplay on the old DSP&P would be neat. Few land owners to get consent from, great scenery, an economy that would welcome the tourism(I think), and with the possibility of building up Keystone or Boreas in the future. Also you would hopefully be able to use the facilities in Como. The biggest problem would be relocating the power or phone line that is built on the old ROW. Maybe do fishing trains like the South park used to.
