You cant go wrong with either railroad. All the other guys are right about the C&TS being more relaxed and easier to access, but remember, both railroads were part of the same originalRio Grande . One thing not mentioned though, is that starting on August 23 the D&S is having Railfest 2000, and there will be visiting rail equipment on hand. Among these will be two of the Galloping Geese and I will be taking my locomotive "Eureka" there, which is a Baldwin
4-4-0 built in 1875. So, you have a tough choice! Kinda like picking between children.
