I contacted the Alamosa Chamber of Commerce early in March. The director told me they haven't put photos of the new Pavilion, the move of the B-1 Car to the Pavilion, or the restoration of the Tender on a site. The Chamber was in the process of re-doing its website and planned to create pages for the 169 restoration.
