In the past the railroad had at least one employee who participated in financial fraud and most of us have hoped that current oversight would prevent a repeat. As you state, nothing is known about such activity at the railroad so the Commission has a responsibility to investigate the actions of this former employee and, as these are public monies, report the results publically.
