Mike,
Lindsey Ashby is the principal for the Georgetown Loop Railroad.
Early on the Colorado Central Narrow Gauge Railroad had a number of partners, but Lindsey and Rosa were the most visible (and easiest to get along with). The way that I understand it, the Georgetown Loop Railroad was started as a separate corporation when the Ashbys were awarded the concession to operate the Loop. The Loop had some of the same, and some different investors.
The Colorado Railroad Museum is a completely different entity and has no legal corporate connections to the Georgetown Loop. the only common thread is that the CRRM is in Golden, Colorado and the Ashby's used to live in Golden before they moved to Georgetown.
