I read your post over at the RyPN. I have had this same feeling since visiting the Loop in June and having conversations with some of the employees there. I have posted those feelings here several times. There are much more profound political and financial forces at work here than just the conflict between one historical society director and the business manager of a local tourist railroad corporation. It is heart wrenching. By no means is this realization a reason to stop fighting for the survival of GLRR, but the future does not look very promising.
