Now if you really want to make an impression then perhaps depositing a broken down junker amusement park train near 1300 Broadway in Denver (CHS Headquarters) with a few signs drawing the parallel to the GLRR future would be more effective...
Then again maybe someone could just liberate the ghost of C&S #9 from Strausberg and park it in front of the CHS offices...for all to see that the CHS has a train...coming soon...the slow motion train wreck of the GLRR as orchestrated by the CHS...your tax dollars at work preserving jobs for the few, the incompetent, and all in the name of historic preservation of their own self serving interests...CHS the governmental embodiment of the Peter Principle...
