Wolly has a very good point. We can only inform people about the facts and knowledge that we have available. In this we can illuminate people ont eh realities of equipment and railroad restoriation, operation, and maintenence. We can also discuss facts as we know them to be. (If current GLR employees are there, they could mention their intents whetther to work or not work with a new operator) We can suggest one or more course of actions, such as it would probably be in the best economic interest of the local communites to re-negotiate with the current operator...if they are interested. We cannot speak for the current operator.
