The CHS is misunderstood, alright! As it stands, I liken it to looking for weapons of mass destruction. Maybe they hid them in the Silver Plume depot? Maybe in the mine? They are saying one thing, but what they are actually doing is entirely on another planet, and we the RR historians and buffs are gonna take in in the tush for all their bull puckey, plain and simple. There just is no possible positive, constructive logic that can work out of this scenario as it relates to the operation of the Loop for the CHS, let alone anyone else that cares. THAT is a ruse, meant to do nothing but distract eyeballs away from the man behind the curtain ... But the bottom line is why is the CHS kicking themselves in the balls? The front legs don't know what the hind legs are doing ??? If I had an employee or rep / agent doing for me what a few assbags are doing for the CHS as a whole, I'd be rearranging office furniture with a 9 iron, and muy pronto, mi amigo! I do not buy this crap they are spewing for one second.
From my seat, if I wanted smoke blown up my ass, I'd be at home right now with a pack of Lucky Strikes and a short length of hose. This is total hogwash. I hope some heads roll when the air clears.
