Can't spell my own moniker? Russo tagged me with that "title" Haich Omandier. I don't know if it's Gaelic, Swedish, or even Tuzigoot let alone spell it. Thanks Johnson, I hope I'm not graded on the curve.
As for camping, Several years ago I took my camper on the lower part of the old Cumbres dirt road where it leaves the highway near the crossing. Went in a couple of turns and spent the night. Thought it was Forest Service land. Could be private land. No signs. Rule of thumb on Forest Service land camping is allowed. Unless prohibited by signage or some other form of notification. Googling some Forest Service sites might help.
