That is a VERY ambitious itinerary. As Brian noted, you need to have a plan B for the drive from Bishop to Fish Camp because getting a reservation to drive through Yosemite that near a holiday weekend will be very problematical. They are available in two groups, most early but a few are held until a few days prior to the date of travel. And even if you get a reservation (or try to drive before 8 a.m. or after 4 p.m.) major traffic backups are possible and perhaps likely. I had a reservation a few weeks ago and got a message from the NPS to expect multi-hour delays. The roads through Yosemite are all two late with a max 45 mph speed limit. The alternatives are all a lot more miles. The drive from Carson to Ely is one of my favorite drives ("the loneliest highway, etc.) bu only if you have time to enjoy the endless vistas. It is fun to put your car on cruise control and see far you can get without touching the brake. As Kevin notes, services are few and far apart, and last time I drove there were long stretches still without cell phone coverage. In my view your itinerary is overly ambitious, but that is your call.
