Good Luck this evening. Common Sense is not that common and sometimes needs to be spoken out loud. All of the money they have and will spend on C&S #9, if spent as capital improvements on the track and CHS structures on the current Georgetown Loop facilites would probably resolve all the negotiation issues even if the CHS wants a larger cut of the revenues. Capital improvements can many times lower operating costs. I know it works that way on our railroad, in fact many of my department's decisions are based on this principle!!
