425 pulled the Friends "Work Extra" up the canyon over the bridge an a bit beyond. The Friends cut slash, cleared some Right of Way, and loaded the stuff onto 3 flatcars.
As I finished cooking hot dogs on the backhead for the engine crew lunch, I had some time to wander about and took a pic or two...
I don't know if this little pond has a name, but it sure deserves one in my book now... I got this with my cell phone on a beautiful Rocky Mountain day.
The Chama Air Force was out and about around the same time, so there just might be some video too.
