John: I hope this puts the #15/#19 issues to rest. Maybe hope should be "hope"?
If I recall from the last 2-3 years of GTL helping C&TS on getting the #19 up and running (parts "loans/swapping") you folks (GTL) have done some very positive upgrades on the #15's electrical cabinet. Is it worth a brief comment on what was done ?? My guess is that someone, not ng, owners of 44-T might be looking in.
Am I correct the GE designation was (for "export") 47-ton on these units. Don't want to "extend" the discussion on these, but just have questions. Thanks, Dan
