Actually, all this discussion of MU'ing is, of course, a moot point, unless, like Dan says, both units are located on a narrow gauge road together. Are not both units now on the C&TS, or is the Georgetown unit still somewhere else? It makes sense to me that they be MU capable ONLY if both units are located on the C&TS. If that were the case, then the 4% grade out of chama would make it a no-brainer. But of course this is just my own opinion. Any thoughts?
