I thought the same thing initially but it is not the same bridge.
I try to identify bridges by some unique aspect.
If you look closely at the Crystal Creek Bridge you will notice that it has two piers on the far end. One small pier holding up the right side and one small pier holding up the left side.
The Cimarron River bridge on the other hand has a single larger pier on each end,
Another unique aspect of the bridge on the 1891 plans identified as 329C is the east end pier that has a new pier on top of an older pier that was used when the wooden truss bridge was in place, This is identified as Pier 3 on the plans
The following appears to be a photo of this bridge. It is identical in all aspects to the 1891 plans.
Its a little hard to see due to all the new fill but the east pier at the NP display seems to have the same pier. This bridge is labeled as Bridge 328A thus my question as to why the change in identification of the bridge.
