I said that they were built for lines with min. 150 m radius.
Specified for the locos was 140 m minimum (low speed in yards).
The first and last coupled axles had only +/- 30 mm axial movement, not that much for 6.25 m coupled wheelbase.
These were early 12-couplers with a rather standard 4.5% ratio between coupled wheelbase and curve radius. Later locos were designed with a higher ratio.
There were definitely licence and patent issues around the Krauss-Helmholz design. Not anyone was allowed to use it, and it was rather expensive. Some manufacturers tried way around it.
