Thanks Russ; that's probably more accurate for this specific case if I read the thread correctly and at least some of these engines ended up on Java where 1067mm gauge was used. Cape gauge is insofar as I recall the world's third most common railway track gauge even today. It isn't rare like 3 foot is.
