Re John West request for posting the 2004 TUT Patagonia charter - OK, I will work on that, but it will take a bit of time to come up with the photos. As everybody know, curmudgeons are very busy and already have a full calendar.
So in the interim I will post a few additional photos from 2005
The really memorable aspect of the Ing. Jacobacci to Esquel line are the wide open spaces with the snowy mountains in the background, reminiscent of Poncha Pass or the Owens Valley
The line, although it runs thru many miles of dry countryside, does cross a number of rivers that flow east from the Andes Mountains to the Atlantic Ocean.
