As I read it, that's 10 million for each instance and a total of 15 million in insurance! The "engine and tender can be made available"(!) Well, that just makes everything hunky dory!!
It's scary how much this "historical society" seems to be more "society" than "historical"! These people take "clueless" to new heights! I love the part where they say that the report won't be published if what they find is not in the best interests of the CHS (aparently, someone there doesn't want a paper trail that says they were stupid!)
