Good report, EL Coke. Add to that poor track with lots of up and down movement which results in fatigue of the metal from constant flexing.

Reason is that the stress loads are so large its not practical. To do it you would have to increase the rotating mass, I would estimate between 25 and 50%. That would mean even more counter balance, causing more stress on the running gear and track.
