It is kind of hard to argue against fire mitigation when they raised such a stink about the 216 Fire.
The loading operation was done either from decked logs or from the basket on the Forwarder.
Another thing to notice, is there are many seedling, sapling and pole sized trees remaining in the ROW as well as the edges are feathered.
