Re: 2005 a good snow year

I took my girlfriend (at the time) to the DSNGRR in March of 2018, and we rode the Cascade Canyon train.

We got off the train, went to the head end for some photos, then crossed the bridge and I led her on a mindless flat "hike" through the woods to the creek - then right as I dropped to my knee, they blew the call-back whistle. I lost the chance at my "spiel" but she said yes anyway. Took a quick selfie instead of some better photos, and hustled back to the train. This was March, prior to the 416 fire.

We want to go back. I would love to take her via train to Silverton, and go do some 4-wheeling in the mountains also. Durango and Silverton are great places!
