As I have said before it started life as a GP40 then was rebuilt to f40 specs for tri-rail. The back end was shortened 10 or 12 feet and it received a narrow hood from an old UP unit. No dynamic brakes, I also dont recall seeing anything about 3 axle trucks. Maybe I missed it. I like the look of the unit. Like a narrow gauge GP60m.
